It provides personalized, contextual guidance throughout the process, reducing confusion and decision overload. This is especially helpful for customers without technical expertise or dedicated IT support, enabling them to shop with confidence.

of cost changes throughout each order. With real-time calculations and cost tracking, employees and vendors can manage purchase order accurately and efficiently, enabling informed business decisions across the organization.

I’m a product designer focused on creating experiences that help people make better decisions, shaped by work across both consumer-facing products and enterprise tools. I’m drawn to complex problem spaces where clarity matters.


Currently, my work focuses on designing experiences that help small business discover and purchase the right products with confidence. Previously at Nordstrom, I focused on product discovery, shaping how customers find, explore, and evaluate products through through personalization, curation, and omnichannel experiences across platforms. Earlier in my career, I supported internal tools at Nordstrom Enterprise and Fjord (Accenture Song), simplifying complex workflows for internal teams and enabling teams to work more efficiently.


Outside of work, You can find me traveling, listening to podcasts while walking with my dog, working on entrepreneurial projects with my sisters, or indulging in home inspiration.
